We are taking over CrossFit Gamlebyen Sunday 31st of May at 3PM and we want you there!
Hyrox Workout hosted by Norwegian Record winners Malene Pedersen and duo Simen Røssland and Jørgen Dahl Olsen.
The workout lasts for 60 minutes, followed by a cool down with drinks, goodiebag and chatting.
You should be somewhat familiar with the excercises, but no minimum level is required.
The workout will be mixed, but we have a limited number of tickets for men and women.
