Shipping Options
We work with trusted logistics partners to make sure your order arrives quickly and reliably.
All items are carefully packed and shipped from just outside Oslo.

Available shipping options may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Methods:

  • Helthjem: Flexible home delivery with scheduled pickups
  • PostNord: Reliable postal service with tracking
Shipping rates depend on where you're located:
  • Norway: 49 kr (HeltHjem or PostNord)
  • EU: 17 EUR (UPS Standard)

For EU customers, we ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) , meaning all cost on us, so no surprise fees when your order arrives. 
Shipping is a big cost for us and, as a small brand, it has a real impact on our margins. For now, we're not able to offer free shipping, we hope you understand and appreciate your support as we grow. 
 

Returns

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and free from stains or smells.
Returns will be charged with a 69kr fee paid by the buyer upon return registration. 
If your return doesn’t meet these requirements, we won’t be able to issue a refund. The item can be sent back to you, but a return shipping fee will apply.

  • If you are located in Norway, you can use our return portal to send items back easily.

  • If you are located in EU please send us an email at support@mxchinegirl.com and we will guide you through the returns process. 

Returns Processing
Our warehouse processes returns daily.
Once your return passes our quality inspection, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Exchanges

At the moment, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges due to logistical reasons.

If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.
